2. Usage of the Service
2.1. User Scope
Only carriers ("Carriers") and clients ("Clients") are authorized to use the Service. Registration confirms that users are legally competent and can enter into legally binding agreements. The purpose of the service is to facilitate effective connection among transportation market participants, ensuring quick and straightforward communication.
2.2. Registration
Use of the Service requires registration. Users must provide real data during registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in registration termination. During verification, the Provider reserves the right to request additional information for identity confirmation.
2.3. Use of Clients
Use of the Service by Clients is free of charge. No fees are charged for ads or transportation offers placed by Clients. This allows Clients to freely search for optimal transport solutions and directly contact carriers.
3. Subscription Services
3.1. Carrier Subscriptions
Carriers can access the full platform functionality via weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions enable viewing Client offers, making contact, and using other premium features. Payments are processed through Stripe, with annual subscriptions available via prepayment. The flexibility of subscriptions aims to meet all Carrier needs.
3.2. Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the selected period unless canceled by the user in the Control Panel before the due date. Users receive email notification about renewal and charges for the next period. This system ensures uninterrupted service for users.
For automatic renewals, the subscription fee will be automatically charged via the associated credit card at each renewal date. Users can cancel anytime, with no cooling-off period. Cancellation and management (e.g., changing payment method) are performed through the Control Panel. After cancellation, no further charges are made on the credit card, but the user can restart their subscription at any time under current terms. refunds are not guaranteed if reactivated later.
If no cancellation occurs by the renewal date, the fee will be automatically billed and the subscription remains active.
Invoices issued for services charged through Fuvarbörze are 0% VAT due to "personal exemption".
Fuvarbörze uses Stripe.com for automatic credit card subscriptions.
Credit card details are not stored, managed, or accessed by Fuvarbörze. Payment processing is conducted securely via Stripe.com.

3.3. Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription anytime via the Control Panel, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for the already paid period. The cancellation process is simple to facilitate user decisions.
3.3.1. Subscription fees are non-refundable!
Once initiated and paid, subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- If the user mistakenly subscribes for a different period
- If the user terminates their account with Fuvarbörze in the meantime
- If the promotional code was forgotten or incorrectly entered
Promotional codes can only be used before payment; no retroactive discounts or refunds are issued after payment.
Fuvarbörze obliges users to try the services via free packages before subscribing and waives any claims for faulty service. No claims can be made for refund of subscription fees based on claims of faulty performance.
Existing subscription fees can be changed or canceled before renewal, and changes take effect at the next renewal date. Prices may vary for new subscriptions, but existing subscriptions will retain their original terms until renewal. Users can switch to a new package before renewal if better rates become available.
3.4. Usage of the FREE package without subscription
If you want to send freight rate offers without a subscription, activate the FREE package! You only pay if you successfully close a deal via the platform. With the FREE package, the platform usage commission is 12% of net freight fee (up to 1200 kg), and 6% for freight over 1200 kg. Activation requires a valid credit card linked to your account, which will be automatically billed for successful offers resulting in a transport contract.
If automatic billing fails (e.g., insufficient funds), your offers will become inactive, and the FREE package access will be revoked. You can reactivate or change the linked credit card anytime. The FREE package can be canceled at any time in the Control Panel. If you have past due balances, these will be automatically charged from the linked card(s).
If the transport contract initiated electronically is canceled due to client fault and confirmed via negative feedback, any commissions deducted will be refunded to your account. For further questions, contact us via chat! We respond instantly 24/7.
In multi-turn offers, the platform's success fee multiplies by the number of turns. For example, a 10-turn, 3000 kg freight with EUR 100/turn offer results in: 10 × EUR 100 / 0.06 = EUR 60 success fee.
For a 10-turn, EUR 1000/turn deal, the success fee is EUR 600. Consider upgrading your subscription to PRO for better terms. Changes from FREE to PRO are possible anytime, but we do not accept complaints later regarding fee amounts.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Fees and Payments
Subscription fees are set periodically by the Provider and displayed on the website. Fees are in Hungarian Forints ("HUF"), unless specified otherwise. The Provider reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice. Details about reasons and impacts of such modifications are provided for transparency.
4.2. Invoicing
For paid services, the Provider issues an invoice sent to the user’s email provided during registration. Invoices are generated based on the data in the Control Panel and comply with applicable laws, detailing the services used. Due to "personal exemption" (AAM), all invoices carry 0% VAT. Invoices are generated automatically through the Billingo.hu system. If the user provides incorrect invoice data resulting in an error, a processing fee of 3,000 HUF applies for invoice cancellation and reissue.
5. User Obligations
- The User must not use the Service for illegal or unethical purposes.
- The User is responsible for the accuracy of provided data.
- The User must pay subscription fees on time.
- The User shall not disclose Service functionalities to third parties. Compliance helps maintain trust and service quality.
6. Liability Limitation
The Provider is not responsible for fulfillment of agreements made via the platform or for the accuracy of User data. The Provider strives to ensure secure and smooth operation but does not guarantee continuous availability. Regular maintenance and updates are performed to minimize errors and outages.
7. Data Privacy
The Provider manages data according to the Data Privacy Policy, available on the website, which details data collection, processing, and sharing conditions.
